Violet Witchel is a San Francisco-based food content creator and recipe developer. She's best known for her viral dense bean salad recipes. An alumni of the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, she takes inspiration from local California produce and meat to create her recipes. She lives in Cole Valley with her husband and Bernese Mountain Dog. You can often find her exploring local farmer's markets and new restaurants.
